Digital Product License Policy

This page explains how the licensing system for digital products works on our platform to protect buyers and sellers.

1. Function of Rekberin.net License Key

Every purchase of a licensed digital product on our platform will automatically generate a unique License Key (example: `REKBERIN-ABCD-1234-EFGH`). It is important to understand the main functions of this license key:

  • As Proof of Legitimate Purchase: This license key is digital proof that you have purchased the product legitimately through our system. Think of this as your official "receipt" or "ticket".
  • As Download Access Key: You need this license key to download product files from the "My Downloads & Licenses" page.

2. Difference from Product Activation License

Some products, such as software or plugins, may have their own internal licensing system to activate premium features. Please distinguish between the two:

  • Rekberin.net License: Provided by us as proof of purchase and download key.
  • Internal Activation License: Provided (if any) by the seller within their product and is entirely the seller's responsibility to implement. The common flow is that the product will request the Rekberin.net license, then the product will verify it through our API, and if valid, the product will activate its features.

In short, our license is the "gate key" to prove your purchase is legitimate, while the license inside the product is the "house key" managed by the seller.

3. Usage and Activation Policy

  • Activation Per Domain: According to common standards, each license key purchased through our platform is designed to be used on one domain (website). When the license is first verified through our API from your product, that domain will be permanently bound to that license key.
  • Re-download and Updates: As long as your transaction is valid, you have the right to re-download the product anytime from the "My Downloads & Licenses" page. If the seller uploads a newer version of the product you bought, you are also entitled to download the latest version at no additional cost.

4. Support and Disputes

If you experience issues related to the validity of the license key issued by Rekberin.net (for example, license not found), please contact our support team. However, if the issue is related to how the license works inside the software/product itself (for example, premium features not activated after successful verification), it is the seller's responsibility to provide technical support.
