Terms of Service

  1. Account Registration: Users must fill in data correctly and may not use fake identities or identities belonging to others.
  2. Account Security: Users are responsible for the confidentiality of their own accounts and passwords. All activities carried out through that account are the full responsibility of the user.
  3. Transactions: All transactions must be made through the official Rekberin.net system. Transactions outside the platform are prohibited.
  4. Fee Structure and Commission: By using our services, you agree to the following fee structure:
    • Seller Revenue Fee: Each successful transaction will be charged a service fee of 5% of the product price, which will be deducted from the seller's revenue.
    • Seller Withdrawal Fee (Local Bank): Each withdrawal of funds from Revenue Balance to local bank account will be charged an administrative fee of Rp 7,500.
    • Buyer Withdrawal Fee (Local Bank): Each withdrawal of funds from Deposit Balance to local bank account will be charged an administrative fee of Rp 15,000.
    • International Transaction Fees (PayPal):
      • Deposit via PayPal: In addition to fees charged by PayPal (approximately 4.4% + $0.30), we use a deposit rate of Rp 15,000 / USD.
      • Withdrawal via PayPal: Flat administrative fee (Rp 7,500 for sellers, Rp 15,000 for buyers) will be deducted before conversion to Dollars. We use a withdrawal rate of Rp 18,000 / USD, and users also bear receiving fees from PayPal.
    • Deposit Fee via Direct Admin: Deposits through direct admin are charged very low fees, i.e. less than Rp 1,000.
  5. Affiliate Program: Users registered as affiliates are subject to the following terms:
    • Commission: Affiliates will receive a commission of 1% of the product price for each successful transaction from referred users.
    • Commission Status: Commission will be recorded with "Pending" status when the transaction is created.
    • Commission Validation: Commission will be considered valid and added to the affiliate's Revenue Balance only after the related transaction has "COMPLETED" status and the product warranty period has ended.
    • Commission Cancellation: Commission will be cancelled ("Cancelled" status) if the related transaction is cancelled, fully refunded, or partially refunded by admin.
    • Terms Changes: Rekberin.net reserves the right to change commission percentages and other affiliate terms at any time.
  6. Prohibitions: Users are strictly prohibited from committing fraud, spam, or other illegal activities.

    WARNING: Users (both buyers and sellers) who attempt to direct communication or transactions outside the Rekberin.net platform will be permanently banned and buyer deposit balances and seller revenue balances will be forfeited without exception.
  7. Dispute Resolution: Rekberin.net has the right to resolve disputes based on provided evidence and decisions from the admin team are final.
  8. Service Termination: Rekberin.net reserves the right to deactivate user accounts that violate the rules without prior notice.
  9. Terms Changes: Terms of use may change at any time and users are deemed to agree to these changes by continuing to use our services.
